Where can I find a copy of the Investment Club Annual Verification Report?

Members can reach the Investment Club Annual Verification Report by clicking the Clubs tab near the top of the BetterInvesting.org page, then the Club Development heading on the left hand side of the page. Under the Club Development heading, click on Documents and Forms.
